Burnes Citadel Security Company is currently looking to add a technician to our installation team. We are a 41 year old security and life safety system provider located in and servicing the St Louis Metro area.  Servicing both the residential and commercial community, our company is locally owned and has been built through our dedication to hard work and integrity.

 

The prospective candidate should be able to install/service intrusion, fire/life safety, access control, video surveillance, and interactive systems.

 

Basic Requirements

  • Must be self-motivated and able to work well independently and within a team environment.
  • Possess a positive work attitude and professional appearance
  • 1 year experience in installing security/low voltage equipment or 2 years of comparable trade education
  • Excellent verbal, communication and people skills.
  • Clean driving record and background check

 

Duties and Position details

  • Ability to professionally install low voltage wiring and devices.
  • Competency with installing new systems as well as system repairs.
  • Educate and train clients on system features and functions.
  • Commitment to established policies and procedures.

 

Individuals will be provided paid training, fleet vehicles, fleet gas cards, uniforms,

medical/dental insurance, 401-K, and local management support.

 

Compensation will be based on experience.

 

Position is for full time employment M-F, 8 AM-4:30 PM with rotating on call responsibilities.
